OUT OF THE CHUTE- April 22

Just a quick note to let you know there is not an Out of the Chute column this week. First off, it's really hard to follow Whisperin' Bill Anderson. hehe  But the main reason is I spent the weekend traveling again. This time to the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra in Bentonville Arkansas. Incredible experience and I look forward to attending more symphonies.

If you enjoy classical music, I recommend you check out an outstanding pianist - Jonathan Story. You can hear a sampling of his amazing talent in this YouTube link.

Flutist, Brice Smith, also performed.

This piece from the NWA Homepage gives a bit more background.

My friend, Maestro Steven Byess is the Music Director for the Arkansas Philharmonic. He has this innate sense of how to make any composition his own.

Bob leaves tomorrow for his three weeks on the boat. With the river situation in Illinois, they could be stressful three weeks. But while he's gone, I get so much more done on here and will try to get things back on track ASAP.

Country Blessings!
